we had a birthday party at our house. Steph wanted to help decorate by blowing up some balloons....but it was a little harder than she thought it would be!

Wow ladies, considering the very recent events of the summer, I thought you would be a bit more up to speed with the techniques of ballooning. Granted, Katie was in the DR so she is exempt.
