"desperate measures call for desperate times"

When you live with 5 other girls, you have to be resourceful. We tend to store our food in obscure places, such as our bedrooms or the trunks of our cars. Our cupboards are overflowing and there is no other place to store the items. We just wanted to pass on the idea...in case any of you may have the same problem. So, here you go...

maybe one of my "projects" for the next workless weeks can be to build/find some cupboard space somewhere. mabye the laundry room?? that is definitely on my list of places to "re-organize"!

Perhaps a better project, Ellie, would be to go through the cabinets and do a realistic assessment "How long has this bag of sundried tomatoes (or fill in the random item) been in the cupboard? Are we ACTUALLY going to use this?"

If so, plan to use it this week. Make a garbage soup or something. :-)

And if you can't use it this week, make a stash to go to CES.

Just a suggestion. I have to do this from time to time, since we don't have a lot of food storage space.

If you run out of projects over there you can come here anytime! ;-)

Love the blog ladies! How fun! And for the record, I've never noticed any errant cans of soup or granola bars around the house :-)
