novels

Sarah is going to the cabin this weekend and wants to bring some good novels with her. But she doesn't know what to read. I recommended "In Cold Blood" by Truman Capote and "Safely Home" by Randy Alcorn.

What would you recommend?

Pretense by Lori Wick is really good. The Twilight series is great, actually. The Oath by Frank Peretti is amazing. I could go on and on. I have a ton of good reads to share. No lie.

Definitely "Safely Home". That is a fantastic book. "The Heavenly Man" was good, but I've heard some things that bring its validity into question.

What genres does she like reading?

Has she read any Francine Rivers books? Redeeming Love, The Atonement Child....any of them. Have fun, Sarah! :)

"The Brothers K." Would I ever give you all a bad recommendation?

my question is: why is she going to be reading at the CABIN!?!?!

oh, maybe because *someone* isn't there to want to go on adventures...even when it means almost dying on the lake! :)

I'm sorry, the book I suggested was just too controversial.
